Payments/Payment Plans

Payment/Payment Plan is available only for the current semester.

When Is Payment Due?

  • Spring Semester tuition is due upon registration.

Make an Online Payment. Once you are logged in follow the instructions below:

  1. Select My SCCC from any page of the SUNY Schenectady website (Yellow button, top right corner)
  2. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Student Email address (this is the first letter of your first name, the first letter of your last name, and your student ID number not including 900 @live.sunysccc.edu)
  3. Enter your SUNY Schenectady Username and Password (Having issues logging in or unsure of your information? Please email ithelpdesk@sunysccc.edu for assistance)
  4. Select Banner Self Service (left side)
  5. Navigate to the four boxes in the upper left corner, click these boxes
  6. Click Banner
  7. Select Student Profile
  8. Select Account Detail for Term
  9. Choose Term from the Drop Down Menu
  10. Pay Now (Right Corner)

Payment Plan

To help meet your educational expenses the College offers payment plans or web credit card payment options in partnership with Nelnet. There are no interest or finance charges assessed and there is no credit check. There is a $25 non-refundable per semester enrollment fee to set up a payment plan and a one-time $1 fee for payment in full made online. 

The size of your down payment for the payment plan is derived from the following schedule:

Spring 2025 Payment Plan

Full payments are available through May 2, 2025.

Last day to change a payment date online is March 31, 2025 for Spring 2025 agreement. After this date, no more changes will be allowed.
